These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site") operated by Mad Labs ("Mad Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

This Site is informational. Mad Labs does not sell cannabis products directly to consumers through this website. All products are sold only through licensed retailers, in compliance with the laws of California and Michigan.

1. Eligibility & age requirement

You must be at least 21 years old and of legal age to view cannabis-related content in your jurisdiction to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We use an age-confirmation gate; misrepresenting your age is a violation of these Terms.

2. About this Site — no direct sales

The Site provides information about Mad Labs' brand and products. It is not a store. We do not process orders, payments, or deliveries through the Site. Product availability, pricing, selection, and purchase are handled solely by licensed cannabis retailers, whose terms and pricing we do not control. Products are intended for use only where legal, by adults 21 and older.

3. No medical claims

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical, health, or professional advice. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified professional before using cannabis, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

4. Responsible use & compliance

Cannabis is for adults 21 and older. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Do not drive or operate machinery while under the influence.
Use products only in jurisdictions where cannabis is legal, and in accordance with all applicable state and local laws, including those of California and Michigan.
Do not resell, distribute, or transport products across state lines. Cannabis remains a controlled substance under federal law.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the Mad Labs name, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, video, and design — are owned by or licensed to Mad Labs and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

6. Submissions you provide

When you submit information through the Site (for example, a wholesale inquiry, job application, newsletter sign-up, or contact message), you represent that it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant Mad Labs a limited license to use that information to respond to and process your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited conduct

Using the Site if you are under 21 or where cannabis content is prohibited.
Interfering with the Site's operation or security, or attempting unauthorized access.
Scraping, data-mining, or using automated means to collect content without permission.
Using the Site for any unlawful, misleading, or infringing purpose.

8. Third-party links & retailers

The Site may link to third-party websites, licensed retailers, or lab results. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mad Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mad Labs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and continued use of the Site means you accept them. We will update the "Last updated" date above.
